We place and operate a machine at suitable locations. There is no placement cost for the host.

How hosting works
01Tell us about your site
- Share where in New Zealand you are, what your business does and the ice demand you see.
- If you already sell ice, tell us your annual sales and wholesale costs.
02Assess the site together
- We discuss your business, site access and how easily we can service the machine.
- We check the outdoor space, water and power, and whether your team can replace bags or help with basic phone troubleshooting.
03Agree and place the machine
- Once agreed, ICEBOY arranges delivery and installation, then owns and operates the machine.
- We handle major maintenance and agree a revenue arrangement that works for both sides.

What space and services are needed?
- A suitable outdoor position with water nearby
- Standard 230V single-phase power
- Machine dimensions: approximately 1.17m wide × 1.20m deep × 2.45m high
- If you already sell ice, annual sales ideally exceed 3,000 bags. Much lower volume may not suit replacing your current setup.
Do hosts pay anything upfront?
- There is no upfront placement cost for the host
- We confirm site and utility arrangements during the review
Who owns and operates the machine?
- ICEBOY owns and operates the machine
- We manage operation and maintenance
How quickly can installation happen?
- Timing depends on site approval, access and installation requirements
- We agree the placement and timing with you
